I’m passionate about movement, therapeutic touch and the power of the mind-body connection. Throughout my professional journey, I have worked with massage therapy, yoga and dance, promoting physical, emotional and energetic well-being for those I treat and teach.
As a massage therapist, I aim to relieve tension, pain and stress through personalised treatments that honour each person’s unique needs. As a yoga teacher, I guide mindful practices that balance body and mind with a focus on breath, presence and self-awareness. Additionally, as a dance instructor, I encourage free body expression, self-esteem and the joy of movement.
